In the current environment of China's rural land system reform and the rapid development of information technology,the clear and standardized management of collective land ownership has become the key to improve land use efficiency and safeguard farmers'rights and interests.This study takes Yunxiao County,Fujian Province as a case to explore the working path of building and updating the database of collective land ownership registration results,and finally establish a complete,unified,accurate and reliable rural collective land ownership registration database and submit results.The work of building and updating the database of the results of collective land ownership registration not only provides solid data support for the unified registration of real estate,but also helps to further straighten out the relationship of rural land property rights,properly resolve disputes over collective land ownership,and effectively resolve rural social contradictions,so as to promote the healthy development of agriculture and rural areas and help rural revitalization.
