New rural talents,as a new entity in rural governance,are increasingly growing and expanding.Research on the mechanisms and practical pathways of new rural talents'participation in existing governance structures is of significant importance for exploring effective grassroots governance.From an embedding perspective,the integration of new rural talents into governance is deemed both necessary and feasible.This integration operates through four dimensions:interpersonal relationships embedding,institutional embedding,cultural embedding,and cognitive embedding,allowing them to play a role within the existing governance framework.Simultaneously,local mobilization serves as a foundational nucleus.Finally,an attempt is made to present targeted prospects for the involvement of new rural talents in rural governance practices,aiming to provide insights for the current practices of new rural talents in rural governance.
