Rural social work talents are an important part of the revitalization of rural talents,and promoting the construction of rural social work talents is of great significance to promote rural revitalization.Rural social work talents uphold professional ideas and use professional methods to give full play to their professional advantages in stimulating the new momentum of rural economy,shaping the new style of beautiful rural area,showing the new atmosphere of rural civilization,building a new system of modern governance,and achieving the new goal of common prosperity.But it is also faced with the realistic dilemma of"Four-aspect Unwillingness".In order to promote the construction of rural social work talent team in the new era,first,we should optimize the policy guarantee system and promote the institutionalization of talent construction;second,we should innovate the training and management mode to promote the systematization of talent construction;third,we should improve the education and training mechanism to promote the specialization of talent construction;fourth,we should create a multi-dimensional propaganda position to promote the popularization of rural social workers.
