Carrying out voluntary service is an effective way to effectively govern the grassroots society,thus playing an important role in forming a new pattern of rural social governance.First of all,universities should highlight value guidance and carry out voluntary diagnosis and health education,set up relevant courses,improve the incentive mechanism,and organize the establishment of caring clinics for student.Secondly,society should strengthen the construction of organizations,change the traditional concept of family,innovate the service model,and use the empowerment of the Internet to improve the level of grass-roots governance.Finally,the government should improve the voluntary service system,strengthen the concept of rural social governance,expand the voluntary service platform,focus on ecological protection,and promote green development.
