Against the backdrop of modern rural governance,the development path of rural e-commerce has attracted much attention.Based on the background of modern rural governance,this paper discusses the difficulties and problems encountered by rural e-commerce in modern rural governance,and puts forward targeted suggestions to provide countermeasure support for the sustainable development of rural e-commerce and modern rural governance.
