Local colleges and universities should actively respond to the reform goal of New Agricultural Science construction,deepen the integration of agricultural science and education,industry and education,and explore innovative talent training models to meet the needs of agricultural modernization for high-level human resources.This paper analyzes the new requirements for personnel training in the development of modern agricultural science,and points out that agricultural majors must be optimized and adjusted to meet the needs of agricultural development in the new era.Taking the horticulture major of Gannan Normal University as an example,this paper introduces the excellent talent training mode explored by Gannan Normal University in the context of New Agricultural Science,including improving the accomplishment of"knowing farmers and loving farmers for agriculture"through ideological and political courses.as well as innovative practices such as talent training combined with local specialty industries.These measures provide a useful reference for local colleges and universities to realize the innovation of talent training mode in the construction of New Agricultural Science.
