To carry out agricultural education in the new era and train agriculture-related undergraduate talents is the key task of the strategy of agricultural local comprehensive universities to serve rural revitalization.Compared with ordinary universities,the resource advantage of agriculture-related local comprehensive universities in serving rural revitalization is more obvious,which is conducive to promoting the development and application of rural revitalization of human capital.Based on the analysis of the current situation of undergraduate talent training in agricultural local comprehensive universities,this paper discusses the strategies and methods of constructing a talent training system to meet the needs of rural revitalization.The results show that the talent training system should pay attention to the improvement of undergraduate comprehensive quality,ideological and spiritual guidance,practical innovation ability and other aspects,in order to train more high-quality and high-level modern agricultural talents and provide strong talent support for rural revitalization.
