The level of reading services in rural areas in Guangzhou is still low,and there are few reading services in rural areas,which seriously affect the revitalization of rural culture and urgently need to attract the attention of relevant departments.This paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design,provide financial guarantee,improve infrastructure,innovate service methods,innovate service contents,allocate resources scientifically,set up professional teams,improve service quality,and strengthen system construction,so as to construct the service system and other development countermeasures and solutions.
