数智时代背景下新型职业农民培育路径探索

摘要
在当前数智化浪潮中,新型职业农民的育成体系革新对推动农业实现高质量发展具有举足轻重的地位.基于新型职业农民在乡村振兴战略中的重要作用,需要深刻认识到现有培养机制在数智时代背景下所面临的挑战.应建立以多元主体协作为基础的教育机制,紧密对接农业产业链的发展需求,并同步构建一套严密的培养质量监控体系.通过这一系列措施,增强农民的数字素养与综合能力,进而推动新型职业农民数智技能成长与进步,为农业高质量发展注入新的活力.
Abstract
In the current wave of digital intelligence,the innovation of the breeding system of new professional farmers plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.Based on the important role of the new professional farmers in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,we need to be deeply aware of the challenges faced by the existing training mechanism in the context of the Era of Digital Intelligence.We are supposed to establish an educational mechanism based on the cooperation of multiple subjects,closely meet the development needs of the agricultural industry chain,and build a set of strict training quality monitoring system at the same time.Through a series of measures,we can enhance farmers'digital literacy and comprehensive ability,and then promote the growth and progress of new professional farmers'mathematical skills,and inject new vitality into the high-quality development of agriculture.
