In order to study the effects of different substrates on sugar-free tissue culture seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii, six different substrates were used to transplant sugar-free tissue culture seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii, and the effects of different substrates on sugar-free tissue culture seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii were compared. The results showed that treatment 3 had the fastest plant growth, the largest leaves and developed roots, but some varieties lost green for unknown reasons and the effect of fertilization was limited.Siraitia grosvenorii is not the most suitable substrate.Treatment 6 is the full price seedling substrate:perlite:carbonized rice husk=2:1:1,the growth rate of seedlings planted in this substrate is only second to that of treatment 3,and Siraitia grosvenorii has strong growth and developed roots in the whole seedling period, which is the most suitable substrate for transplanting sugar-free seedlings of Siraitia grosvenorii in this experiment. This substrate is suitable in different seasons, and the effect is better in winter. The addition of carbonized rice husk makes the substrate loose, breathable, darker, absorb more solar heat, increase soil temperature, and is more conducive to root growth.
