摘要
随着农业现代化进程的加速,新型职业农民培育成为乡村振兴战略的关键环节.教育培训作为培育过程中的重要一环,对于提升农民的农业知识、技能及管理与运营能力具有显著作用.然而,在实际操作中,在新型职业农民教育培训方面面临诸多挑战.该研究以太白县为例,旨在深入剖析这些问题及其成因,并提出相应的解决策略,以推动新型职业农民教育培训工作的优化发展.
Abstract
With the acceleration of agricultural modernization,the cultivation of new professional farmers has become a key link in the strategy of rural revitalization.As an important part of the cultivation process,education and training plays a significant role in improving farmers'agricultural knowledge,skills and management and operation ability.However,in practice,there are many challenges in the education and training of new vocational farmers.Taking Taibai County as an example,this study aims to deeply analyze these problems and their causes,and put forward corresponding solutions,in order to promote the optimal development of the education and training of new vocational farmers.
