Based on the CNKI database,this paper uses CiteSpace software to analyze the current research status of domestic faba bean(Vicia faba L.)in the past 11 years,and summarizes the current hot spots and development trends in the field of faba bean research.The research found that:the number of research documents on faba bean has shown a downward trend in the past 11 years;Yunnan Agricultural University is the institution with the highest number of publications,and Tang Li is the scholar who has published the most;Domestic scholars have paid great attention to faba bean in the past 11 years.The research mainly focuses on broad bean cultivation technology,agronomic traits and resistance research.Taken together,research on drought resistance and quality improvement of faba bean should be a hot research topic in the future.
