The northeast region is rich in resources,is an important national grain production base,and has the status of national grain ballast stone.It is pointed out that there is a historical logic and realistic basis for promoting agricultural modernization in Northeast China.In order to promote the overall revitalization of Northeast China in the new era,we must deeply implement the policy of agricultural modernization of the Party and the state,do a good job in rural work,and ensure food security and the supply of important agricultural products;we must implement two-wheel drive of scientific and technological reform to promote industrial revitalization;and we must optimize the elements of rural resources and improve the utilization rate of resources.
