In order to explore the technology and industrial value of product development using artificially planted yew roots,leaves and fruits as raw materials,the project team consulted the relevant literature.At present,the research on Taxus wallichiana is mainly focused on the extraction of Paclitaxel(Taxol).However,the root,stem,leaf and fruit of Taxus wallichiana are rich in nutrients and have high medicinal value,so they have the market prospect of developing ready-to-eat food.This paper analyzes the development of wine,tea,jam and other products by using the root,stem,leaf and fruit of artificially planted yew as raw materials,and develops the artificial planting of yew in a reasonable and appropriate amount,which not only protects the wild yew resources but also develops new products,at the same time,it also promotes the local economic development and alleviates the employment pressure of local farmers.
