Land is the foundation of agriculture and the root of farmers,and it is also an important material basis for ensuring national food security and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.With the rapid increase in the scale of bank land transfer loans year by year,the product model is gradually saturated,how to do a good job in credit risk assessment and prevention and control,scientific and steady support for the development of agricultural land is the current bank focus on the direction and research topic.This study takes C bank as the research object,uses the analytic hierarchy process,the method of investigation and research and the construction of risk assessment index system to evaluate the risk of land circulation loan,and finally obtains the result that the level of environmental and policy risk index is"high",while the operational risk index grade is"low".
