地方综合类高职院校产教融合助力乡村振兴的实践路径

摘要
高职院校正面临着时代赋予的重大机遇,承载着培育乡村振兴多元化需求人才的关键职能.地方综合类高职院校因其地方性和综合性特征,在乡村振兴中扮演关键角色,但在人才培养需求、定位、情怀、方式及校企合作等方面存在不足.通过分析地方综合类高职院校乡村振兴与产教融合的能动关系,提出围绕乡村振兴产业学院建设,通过完善平台建设、提升教育能力、优化专业布局、提升服务水平和推动乡村长远发展,探索产教融合助力乡村振兴的实践路径.
Abstract
Vocational colleges are currently embracing significant opportunities in the new era and shouldering the crucial responsibility of training diversified talents for rural revitalization.Local comprehensive vocational colleges,due to their local and comprehensive characteristics,play a critical role in the process of rural revitalization.However,they are faced with challenges in identifying needs,orientation,feelings and modes of talents training,as well as university-industry cooperation.Based on the analysis of the dynamic relationship between rural revitalization and industry-education integration in local comprehensive vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the construction of rural revitalization industrial colleges around the construction of rural revitalization industrial colleges.Through improving the platform construction,improving the educational ability,optimizing the professional layout,improving the service level,and promoting the long-term development of the countryside,the practical path of industry-education integration to promotingrural revitalization is explored.
