Teachers are the core participants and practitioners in the digital transformation in education.The difficulties in the construction of the teaching staff in China lie in rural areas.This study starts with the connotation of digital literacy of rural teachers,and puts forward some strategies to improve the digital literacy of rural teachers as regards the current rural teachers'weak internal driving force for the improvement of their own digital literacy,various practical shackles in the improvement of digital literacy,lack of incentive mechanism for digital literacy of rural teachers,lack of regional and local cultural flavor of digital rural education resources and other practical difficulties.
