地方院校拔尖创新人才培养模式探索与实践——以宜春学院农学专业为例

农业现代化需要拔尖创新农学人才.高等教育担负着人才培养的重要使命.以宜春学院农学专业为例,分别从个性化培养方案制定、拓展课程设置、实践教学内容改革、教学方式创新、师资队伍建设和培养成效等方面进行探讨,旨在构建适合地方院校校情的拔尖创新农学人才培养模式,为新型农业人才培育保驾护航.
Abstract
Agricultural modernization requires top-notch innovative agricultural talents.Higher education shoulders the important mission of talent training.Taking the agronomy major of Yichun University as an example,we discuss from aspects such as the formulation of personalized training plans,the expansion of curriculum settings,the reform of practical teaching content,the innovation of teaching methods,the construction of teaching staff,and the training effectiveness,aiming to build a top-notch innovative agricultural talent training model that suits the situation of local colleges and universities,protecting the cultivation of new agricultural talents.
