摘要
党的二十大报告指出"站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展",这对实施乡村振兴战略提出要求,以绿色发展理念助力乡村振兴具有重要的时代意义.因此,该文首先对绿色发展理念与乡村振兴的内涵及其关系进行概述,明确以绿色发展理念助力乡村振兴的必要性,其次对我国乡村绿色发展中存在的问题进行剖析,最后针对绿色发展理念下实施乡村振兴存在的现实困境提出 5 个方面的优化路径.
Abstract
The Report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out:"We must plan development at the height of harmonious coexistence between man and nature",which poses requirements for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Using the concept of"green development"to assist rural revitalization has important epoch-making significance.Therefore,this paper first discusses the connotation and relationship of the concepts green development and rural revitalization,clarifies the necessity of using the green development concept to facilitate rural revitalization,and secondly analyzes the problems existing in China's rural green development.Finally,five optimization paths are proposed in view of the practical difficulties existing in implementing rural revitalization under the concept of green development.
