摘要
农民风险观教育是农民思想政治教育的重要内容,也是应对"三农"领域各种风险挑战的基础和前提,对形成乡村全面振兴内生动力、构筑总体国家安全观、农民顺应社会化变迁具有重要意蕴.从实践来看,要引领农民树立科学的风险观,从深化制度自信教育、优化教育环境生态着手,探索多层次、多维度、全方位的应对策略,多措并举实现农民思想观念和思维能力的现代化转变,为有效推进农业农村现代化进程凝聚强大动力.
Abstract
The education of farmers'concept of risk is not only an important part of farmers'ideological and political education,but also the basis and premise to deal with various risks and challenges in the field of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It has important implications for the formation of the endogenous driving force for the overall revitalization of the countryside,the construction of the overall concept of national security,and farmers'adaptation to the changes of socialization.From a practical point of view,it is necessary to lead farmers to establish a scientific concept of risk,deepen institutional self-confidence education,optimize the ecology of the educational environment,and explore multi-level,multi-dimensional and omni-directional coping strategies.We should take multiple measures to realize the modernization of farmers'ideas and thinking ability,so as to gather a strong driving force for effectively promoting the process of agricultural and rural modernization.
