基于服务现代特色农业发展的中职电子商务"双创型"人才培养模式探究——以广西玉林农业学校为例

摘要

该文研究目的在于提出有效的中职电子商务"双创型"人才培养方案.基于现代特色农业发展的政策背景,阐述当前"双创型"农村电商人才培养的现实情况以及"双创型"农村电商人才对服务现代特色农业建设的重要意义.结合目前中职农村电商人才培养存在的问题,以广西玉林农业学校为例,提出"三堂实践,三维联动"的"双创型"农村电商人才培养模式、"课证融通+课赛融通+双创项目"三维联动的教学模式构建以及"教学课堂+田间课堂+创新课堂"三堂实践的实践方式,用以解决中职电子商务"双创型"人才培养面临的问题.实践证明,"三维联动"教学模式及"三堂实践"策略具有显著效果.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to propose an effective training plan for"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents in secondary vocational e-commerce.Based on the policy background of the development of modern characteristic agriculture,this paper expounds the current reality of the training of"innovation and entrepreneurship"rural e-commerce talents and the importance of"innovation and entrepreneurship"rural e-commerce talents in serving the construction of modern characteristic agriculture;based on the current problems existing in the training of rural e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools,taking Guangxi Yulin Agricultural School as an exemplar,we propose the"innovation and entrepreneurship"rural e-commerce talent training model of"three practices,three-dimensional linkage",the construction of the three-dimensional linkage teaching model of"curriculum certificate integration+curriculum competition integration+innovation/entrepreneurship project"and the three-dimensional practice method of"teaching classroom+field classroom+innovative classroom"to solve the problems faced by the training of"double innovation"e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools.Practice has proved that the"three-dimensional linkage"teaching model and the"three-classroom practice"strategy have significant results.
