The number of non-agricultural employment in the rural labor force is growing day by day,and rural land transfers are becoming more frequent.Based on China Household Tracking Survey data(2018),the Binary Logit model is used to study the impact of rural labor transfer on farmland transfer. The research results show that rural labor transfer has a significant impact on farmers'participation in farmland transfer behavior, which has a significant positive impact on farmland transfer behavior and a significant inhibitory effect on farmland transfer;the participation of farmers in the"New Rural Cooperative Medical System"has a significant positive impact on rural land transfer, but has no significant impact on farmland transfer;the participation of farmers in the"New Rural Insurance"has no significant impact on farmland transfer behavior;both individual characteristics and family characteristics of farmers have no significant impact on farmland transfer as a whole.
