With the deepening of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the role of rural CEOs in promoting rural economic and social development has become increasingly prominent.They are embedded in rural society through the four dimensions of politics,capital,industry and culture,and cooperate with other rural governance entities to drive rural prosperity.At present,rural CEOs are faced with problems such as unclear rules,entangled interests,dispersed entities and insufficient capabilities,leading to the emergence of collaborative suspension.To this end,it is necessary to build a collaborative model between rural CEOs and other rural governance entities,which includes strengthening policy norms,clarifying benefit distribution,establishing government information disclosure and internal communication platforms,and improving the ability of rural CEOs to drive wealth to help rural areas comprehensively revitalize.
