The whole-process people's democracy is the essential attribute of socialist democracy.Community-level democracy is not only an important embodiment of the whole-process people's democracy,but also an important component of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.The implementation of whole-process people's democracy in rural areas is of great significance to ensuring that farmers are truly masters of their own country and promoting effective rural governance.At present,in view of a series of problems faced by rural democratic practice in China,such as weak democratic subjects,weak primary-level Party organizations,non-standard democratic practices,and weak economic foundation,the article tentatively proposes to ensure the implementation of the whole-process people's democracy in rural areas by strengthening the construction of democratic subjects,strengthening the guidance of primary-level Party organizations,improving democratic practice procedures and mechanisms,and consolidating the rural economic foundation.It is of great value and practical significance to the construction of Chinese rural democracy and Chinese modern democracy.
