In the context of agricultural digital transformation,the construction of a teaching team that integrates"job,course,competition and certificate"is a key strategic measure and is of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the digital era.Taking the construction of the Cloud Computing Technology and Application university-enterprise dual technical skill teacher team of Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an exemplar,research and practice are carried out from aspects such as construction principles,construction methods,construction measures,etc.,the results are summarized,problems are discovered,and the construction of teaching teams in agricultural vocational colleges provides strong support.
