The"three-tutor system"education model actively explores the all-staff,all-process and all-round education mechanism,naming the direction for the improvement and implementation of the education model for horticulture majors.This article explains the"three-tutor system"and takes the horticulture technology major of the School of Landscape and Architecture of Gansu Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an exemplar to analyze the implementation of the existing"tutorial system"through a questionnaire survey,pointing out that there are problems such as unclear definition of tutor responsibilities,tutor system design is still insufficient,and there are"adverse selection"in assessment.In this regard,this article proposes the implementation path of the"three-tutor system"education model for horticulture majors:build the"three-tutor system"organizational structure and clarify the scope of tutors'responsibilities;strengthen the selection and training of the mentor team to improve the mentor's guidance ability;optimize the motivation and assessment mechanism to give full play to the mentor's guiding role.
