In order to practice the construction of new agricultural science,the Aquaculture Department of Beibu Gulf University has actively explored and practiced the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the guidance of the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept.Through the revision of the talent training plan and the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,the integration and empowerment of ideological and political courses and professional creativity of professional courses,the implementation of the mentor system,the construction of internship practice bases inside and outside schools,professional internship practice,second classes,graduation thesis experiments,innovation Comprehensive reforms in various aspects such as entrepreneurship competitions,"three-way rural areas",science popularization and other public welfare activities have effectively improved students'innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities and comprehensive qualities.This article details the specific implementation process and effectiveness of the above reform measures.
