Based on the background of rural revitalization,China has optimized rural construction by building a series of rural governance systems in recent years.The domestic rural areas have undergone earth-shaking changes,and the construction of new rural areas has set off a new wave of innovation.The construction of new rural areas in Jiayu County,Xianning City,Hubei Province has also achieved unprecedented results.Guided by regional rural spatial governance,this paper analyzes the problems still existing in new rural construction in Jiayu County from three aspects:industrial cluster construction,green and low-carbon work,and diversified rural functions.Then,it summarizes the experience and construction results of new rural construction from three dimensions:integration of location industries,and low-carbon and modernization of location functional facilities,with a view to providing scientific and valuable research trends for the future construction of new rural areas in Jiayu County.
