新时代新贫困新治理——以"短视频乡村守护人"为例的新减贫路径探索

摘要
互联网时代,个体注意力成为重要资源.由于数字鸿沟、城乡信息不对称等问题,农民、乡村在庞大的数据信息时代仍处于被边缘化、社会弱势的地位.短视频平台是一个俘获注意力、传播信息、分享生活的重要媒介,"短视频乡村守护人"便作为一种新时代减贫路径应运而生.在中国式现代化、推进共同富裕目标稳步实现的新时代,除了传统的物质贫困、教育贫困之外,利用好信息爆炸时代下的注意力资源破解新型贫困,形成"互联网+新农人"的新型贫困治理路径,对乡村经济、文化振兴都起着重要作用.
Abstract
In the Era of Internet,individual attention has become a vital resource.Due to the digital divide and the asymmetry of urban-rural information,farmers and rural areas still remain marginalized and in a socially vulnerable position in the vast era of data information.As an important medium for capturing attention,spreading information,and sharing life,short video platforms have given rise to"short video rural guardians"as a new path to poverty reduction in the new era.In the new era of Chinese modernization and the steady realization of the goal of common prosperity,in addition to traditional material and educational poverty,making good use of attention resources in the era of information explosion to solve new types of poverty and forming a new path of poverty governance of"Internet plus New Farmers"plays an important role in the economic and cultural revitalization of rural areas.
