摘要
全面推进乡村振兴是实现全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要举措.实现乡村振兴,人才振兴是重中之重.从价值维度看,乡村人才振兴有助于加快推进乡村新质生产力建设;从理论维度看,推进乡村人才振兴是党对于马克思主义人才观的发展和运用;从历史维度看,乡村人才振兴赓续了我国70多年来的人才振兴工作传统;从现实维度看,乡村人才振兴有力地推动着乡村产业、组织、生态和文化振兴,但仍存在一些堵点、难点;从实践维度看,实现乡村振兴要在人才引进、培育和优化发展环境等方面持续发力.
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is an important measure to achieve the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.To achieve rural revitalization,talent revitalization is of utmost importance.From a value perspective,the revitalization of rural talents helps to develop new rural productive forces;From a theoretical perspective,promoting the revitalization of rural talents is the development and application of the Party's Marxist concept of talent;From a historical perspective,the revitalization of rural talents has continued the tradition of talent revitalization work in China for over 70 years;From a practical perspective,the revitalization of rural talents effectively promotes the revitalization of rural industries,organizations,ecology,and culture,but there are still some bottlenecks and difficulties;From a practical perspective,achieving rural revitalization requires sustained efforts in talent introduction,cultivation,and optimization of the development environment.
