党建引领特色产业发展的探索——以四川省金阳县热柯觉中心村为例

金阳县地处四川省西南部,凉山彝族自治州东南部边沿,以海拔 1 000～4 000 m的山地地貌为主.在着力打造"千年首渡·双城廊桥,凉山东向融入成渝地区双城经济圈山城优县",奋力建设脱贫地区乡村振兴示范区的过程中,正在因地制宜做好能源资源、特色农业、文化旅游"三篇大文章".取得脱贫攻坚的重大胜利后,乡村振兴新时期下四川商务职业学院一如既往持续帮扶金阳县.作者在 2021-2023 年期间在热柯觉中心村任驻村第一书记,通过党建引领产业发展,与甘洛云浩丰登农业发展有限责任公司共同在当地探索错季蔬菜种植,取得较好效果.该文主要内容为项目期间党建引领蔬菜种植的经验分享,以期为更多党建促振兴提供部分参考.
Abstract
Jinyang County,located in the southwest of Sichuan Province and the southeastern edge of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,is dominated by mountainous landforms with an altitude of 1 000～4 000 meters.In the process of striving to create"The First Millennial Ferry·A Bridge Between Twin Cities,and An Excellent County in EastLiangshan to Be Integrated into Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle"and building a rural revitalization demonstration zone in poverty-stricken areas,we have being doing a good job in"three big articles",i.e.energy resources,specialty agriculture,and cultural tourism.After achieving a major victory in poverty alleviation,Sichuan Business Vocational College continues,as always,to assist Jinyang County in the new era of rural revi-talization.The author served as the First Secretary in Rekejue Central Village from 2021 to 2023.We have helped enhance local industry through Party building and jointly exploring the planting of off-season vegetables in the local area with Ganluo Yunhao Fengdeng Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.,thus achieving satisfactory results.The main purpose of this paper is to share the ex-perience of Party building guiding vegetable planting during the project,in order to provide some reference for other organizations to use Party building to promote revitalization.
