大食物观视域下广西名特优新农产品高质量发展路径探究

摘要
树立大食物观,构建多元化食物供给体系,全面推进全国名特优新农产品培育与产业化发展,以满足人民群众对食物质量安全与品种需求,成为新阶段加快我国农村农业现代化步伐的关键路径.该文分析广西全国名特优新农产品培育、登录、管理等工作现状,查摆主要存在申报与管理体系不完善、优势产业扶持力度不足、区域农业品牌意识薄弱及市场监督机制存在缺失等制约发展的现实困难.并提出下阶段广西名特优新农产品发展提升路径:一是强化顶层设计,构建培育路径;二是聚焦优势产业,打造产业体系;三是树立品牌意识,培育区域品牌;四是加强全程监控,筑牢质量底线.
Abstract
Establishing an All-encompassing Approach to Food,building a diversified food supply system,and comprehensively promoting the cultivation and industrialization development of famous specialty new agricultural products across the country to meet the people's needs for food quality,safety and variety has become the key path to accelerating the pace of rural agricultural modernization in China in the new stage.This paper analyzes the current situation of cultivation,registration,and management of famous,special and high-quality new agricultural products in Guangxi,and investigates the main problems that restrict development,such as imperfect application and management systems,insufficient support for advantageous industries,weak awareness of regional agricultural brands,and lack of market supervision mechanisms.It also proposes the development and improvement paths for Guangxi's famous specialty new agricultural products in the next stage:First,strengthening top-level design and build cultivation paths;second,focusing on advantageous industries and create an industrial system;third,establishing brand awareness and cultivating regional brands;fourth,strengthening all-process monitoring and building a solid bottom line for quality.
