The 19th CPC National Congress made a major decision to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which is an important means to realize farmers'expectations for a better life in the new era.In the process of promoting the smooth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the importance of rural primary-level Party organizations is self-evident.However,in the new stage of development,the primary-level Party building work in China's rural areas is facing new challenges and problems,such as team building,economic construction,ideological construction,and Party-Public relations,which have put forward new requirements for the Party's work in rural areas.To this end,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the construction of rural primary-level Party organizations,optimize the team structure,close the relationship between the Party and the masses,focus on rural revitalization,and promote the smooth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy by continuously optimizing and improving the rural primary-level Party building work.
