Rural revitalization and industrial revitalization are the foundation;Industrial revitalization and talent revitalization are key.This paper conducts research on the strategies and achievements of rural industrial revitalization talents in Beiliu City,Tiandong County,Gongcheng County,Bama County,and Jiangzhou District of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.It is understood that although various pilot projects have done a lot of work,the results are not significant enough.The main reason can be attributed to the insufficient attractiveness of policies,industries,and development prospects.Based on this,efforts should be made to build platforms,implement the strategy of promoting agriculture through talent,and open up primary-level promotion channels to solve the problems of talents'unwillingness to come,inability to attract,and inability to be promoted in rural industrial revitalization,providing strong talent and intellectual support for Guangxi to carry out rural industrial revitalization.
