摘要
近年来,贵州省聚焦围绕"四新"主抓"四化"主战略和"四区一高地"主定位,在奋力谱写多彩贵州现代化建设新篇章的生动实践中不断取得新突破新成效.着眼于谱写中国式现代化的贵州乡村发展新篇章,须大力加强党的基层组织建设、做好乡村产业发展规划、注重干部人才队伍建设和推进体制机制改革创新,奋力以更高质量的党建引领乡村产业升级发展.
Abstract
In recent years,Guizhou Province has focused on the main strategy of"four new"and the main positioning of"four modernizations"and the main positioning of"four districts and one highland",and has continuously achieved new breakthroughs and new results in the vivid practice of striving to write a new chapter in Guizhou's modernization drive.Focusing on writing a new chapter in Guizhou's rural development with Chinese modernization,we must vigorously strengthen the Party's primary-level organization construction,plan rural industrial development,pay attention to the construction of cadre and talent teams,promote the reform and innovation of systems and mechanisms,and strive to lead rural areas with higher-quality Party building.Industrial upgrading and development.
