农村基层党建引领乡村生态振兴:价值意蕴与实践路径

乡村生态振兴,是乡村实现"五个振兴"的重要一环,是补齐农村发展缺陷,实现乡村振兴的重要举措.实现人与自然和谐共生,广大农村必须纳入生态发展规划.乡村生态要振兴,关键在于农村基层党建引领.实现乡村生态可持续发展,必须坚持中国共产党领导,发挥其战斗堡垒的重要作用.必须夯实基层党建在农村生态振兴的引领地位,加强农村基层党建,优化基层党建主体,提高其积极性,构筑农村基层党建引领乡村生态振兴的成熟机制,因地制宜实现各地生态振兴,不断增强人民的幸福感、获得感、安全感.
Abstract
Rural ecological revitalization is an important part of achieving the five revitalizations of rural areas,and an important measure to fill the gaps in rural development and achieve rural revitalization.To achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,rural areas must be included in ecological development plans.The key to revitalizing rural ecology lies in the guidance of primary-level Party building in rural areas.To realize the sustainable development of rural ecology,we must adhere to the leadership of the CPC and play an important role as a battleground.We must consolidate the leading position of primary-level Party building in rural ecological revitalization,strengthen rural primary-level Party building,optimize the main body of primary-level Party building,improve its enthusiasm,build a mature mechanism for rural primary-level Party building to lead rural ecological revitalization,and achieve ecological revitalization in different regions according to local conditions,continuously enhancing people's sense of happiness,gain,and security.
