As a product of technological revolution,new quality productivity has injected strong momentum and provided new possibilities for rural revitalization.Included in the new quality productivity,"high-quality"laborers,"new medium"labor materials and"new material and quality"labor objects provide new labor talents,new labor materials and new labor objects for the rural revitalization.However,the new quality productivity that plays a role in rural revitalization is facing realistic challenges such as backward infrastructure,insufficient capital investment,limited research and development conditions,hindered achievement transformation,local brain drain,and the imbalance of the total talent structure.Based on this,this paper proposes suggestions such as improving infrastructure,encouraging investment,enhancing research and development conditions,promoting the transformation of results,attracting professional talents,and retaining existing talents.
