数商兴农背景下职业教育赋能乡村振兴的共生机制构建

"数商兴农"背景下,职业教育应紧抓数智时代契机,利用科技赋能教育改革,培养契合数字经济的乡村人才,为乡村振兴注入活力,助推战略落地.该研究运用共生理论,阐述职业教育赋能乡村振兴协同发展的共生逻辑;并以浙江商业职业技术学院赋能乡村振兴为例,从共生单元、共生环境和共生模式三大视角,深入探究其共生结构.基于此,最终构建出数商兴农背景下职业教育赋能乡村振兴的共生机制,包括搭建与市场需求同步的人才培育体系、共创"学徒制+项目制"人才培养模式和维护多元化乡村振兴教育生态.
In the context of"digital commerce promoting agriculture",vocational education should seize the opportunity of the digital and intelligent era,use science and technology to empower education reform,cultivate rural talents that are suitable for the digital economy,inject vitality into rural revitalization,and promote the implementation of strategies.This study uses symbiosis theory to explain the symbiosis logic of vocational education to empower rural revitalization and coordinated development;and taking Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and Technical College as an example to deeply explore its symbiosis from three perspectives:symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis structure.Based on this,a symbiotic mechanism for vocational education to empower rural revitalization in the context of digital commerce and agricultural development was finally constructed,including building a talent cultivation system that synchronized with market demand,jointly creating an"apprenticeship plus project system"talent training model,and maintaining diversified rural revitalization education ecology.
