该文以 2005-2020 年山东省审定品种的品质变化趋势进行初步分析.2005-2020 年审定品种选育方式以杂交育种为主,其中单交育种方式应用最为广泛.产量、蛋白质含量、蛋白质和脂肪含量之和均呈上升趋势,脂肪含量虽呈下降趋势,但整体变化并不大.审定品种的产量及品质性状的变化趋势反映山东省近几年的育种目标主要以高蛋白、优质、高产为主,育种手段以杂交育种中的单交手段为主.山东省大豆加工企业较多,每年对于大豆的需求量很高,高蛋白大豆是山东省大豆加工企业急需的大豆,因此培育高产、优质的大豆品种,对山东省大豆增产提质意义重大.
This paper makes a preliminary analysis based on the quality change trend of varieties approved by Shandong Province from 2005 to 2020.The breeding method of approved varieties from 2005 to 2020 is mainly cross breeding,among which the single cross breeding method is the most widely used.The yield,protein content,and the sum of protein and fat content all showed an upward trend.Although the fat content showed a downward trend,the overall change was not significant.The changing trend of yield and quality characteristics of the approved varieties reflects that the breeding goals of Shangdong province in recent years have mainly been high protein,high quality and high yield,and the breeding methods are mainly single crossing methods in cross breeding.There are many soybean processing enterprises in Shandong Province,and the demand for soybeans is very high every year.High-protein soybeans are soybeans urgently needed by soybean processing enterprises in our province.Therefore,cultivating high-yield and high-quality soybean varieties is of great significance to increasing the production and quality of soybeans in Shandong Province.
