To promote Chinese modernization,we must promote comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and innovate rural governance models.In the process of rural governance,grassroots organizations,industry,ecology,rule of law and culture are facing many problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the practical problems in rural governance in Village X,Henan Province,summarizes and refines the effective governance model created by the"five-star"branch,and proposes a practical path to optimize the"five-star"branch to lead rural governance.
