The integration of Red culture into classroom teaching is of great significance for cultivating new-era talents who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Currently,the ideological and political education of rural area development majors is limited to ideological and political courses,without being integrated into the disciplinary system,teaching system,textbook system,and management system.Taking the Red culture of Bazhong Revolutionary Old Area as an example,this paper analyzes the current status and problems of integrating Bazhong Red culture into the teaching of rural area development majors,and proposes strategies such as building a Red cultural resource database,innovating classroom teaching methods,establishing supporting systems and mechanisms,and improving the Red cultural literacy and capabilities of teachers to cultivate socialist rural revitalization talents with high ideological and political qualities.
