Grain production must keep pace with social development,and seeds play an important role in it.Only by grasping Chinese seeds with one's own hands can it be the foundation for ensuring food security and stabilizing the Chinese people's own rice bowl.The integration of industry and education is a bridge and link connecting colleges and enterprises.Strengthening the integration of industry and education is a necessary means to achieve"win-win development between schools and enterprises."By analyzing the structure of the seed industry chain,this paper investigates the development status and future development trends of the seed industry,and expounds the talent cultivation of the seed industry in agriculture-related vocational colleges from five aspects:broadening the collection channels of talent demand information,reforming talent training models,innovating school-enterprise cooperation methods,improving social service capabilities and enhancing the vitality of running schools.Cultivate skilled talents with both knowledge and practical experience,so that agricultural talents can better adapt to the needs of the seed industry market and the national seed industry,and better serve the local regional agricultural economy.
