Red cultural resources are important witnesses to the arduous and brilliant struggle of the Communist Party of China,and the most valuable spiritual wealth,which has multiple values in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Thus,this paper elaborates the key points and difficulties of rural revitalization in Zengcheng District from the value connotation of Red culture in promoting rural revitalization,and analyzes the practical dilemma of Red culture in promoting rural revitalization in Zengcheng District based on the problems found in the survey;then,this paper explores the practical path of Red culture by:promoting rural revitalization in Zengcheng District,so as to rationally plan and strengthen development to help the development of rural industries;improving the system and gathering strength,so as to facilitate effective rural governance;integrating resources and strengthening publicity,so as to help create Red brands;promoting spirit and enhancing culture,so as to help cultivate rural customs and to be committed to promoting high-quality development in Zengcheng District.
