With the overall victory of poverty alleviation nationwide in China,there is a shift in focus from"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"to rural revitalization.On the basis of in-depth elaboration of the internal logic of the shift in the focus of work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",based on the series of policies and measures issued by the Party Committee and Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in response to the shift in the focus of work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",this paper comprehensively analyzed the effective role of these policies and measures in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.The research has shown that the Party Committee and Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have made comprehensive arrangements to shift the focus of work on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In terms of agricultural work,high-quality development has been achieved through multiple measures taken simultaneously.In terms of rural work,rural areas have achieved ecological livability,civilized rural culture,and effective governance.In terms of farmer work,farmers have achieved a prosperous life by enhancing endogenous development momentum.
