With the continuous development and changes of China's landscaping industry,the industry has become increasingly standardized,and the economy of landscape engineering has been severely contracted.China's landscaping industry has entered a transition period,and ecology,cultural tourism,and maintenance will become hot spots in the landscape industry.As a result,the company's demand for talents in the landscape profession has also undergone major changes.This paper analyzes the situation and policies of the landscaping industry,elaborates the needs of enterprises for applied talents in landscape greening maintenance,compares and analyzes the teaching status of Cultivation and Maintenance of Landscape Tree courses in local universities,and discusses the optimization of teaching based on the needs of applied talents in the industry.This paper explores the integration of teaching content,improvement measures of teaching methods,and new methods of student performance assessment,so as to provide a basis for training applied talents who can adapt to the new transformation of the industry.
