The culture of local elites is a valuable asset of China's agricultural civilization and an essential component of traditional Chinese culture.To better explore and promote this precious resource,this paper conducts a detailed analysis of the practical issues encountered in the current construction of local elite culture,revealing its pivotal role in rural revitalization.It not only helps resolve social contradictions and improve rural governance systems but also fosters a positive rural ethos,promoting the upgrading and transformation of rural industrial structures,thereby driving sustainable and healthy economic development in rural areas.Based on this,a series of practical measures are proposed to better leverage the contemporary value of local elite culture.Firstly,emphasis should be placed on nurturing the main body of local elite culture.Secondly,efforts should be intensified to promote local elite culture.Additionally,mechanisms for local elites'participation in rural social governance should be refined.Further exploration of the rich connotations of local elite culture will inject new spiritual strength into rural revitalization.
