基于NVivo的中央一号文件对"三农"人才培养的质性研究

摘要
锚定建设农业强国目标,"三农"人才培养成为乡村振兴领域的关注热点.该研究选取 26 份中央一号文件文本作为研究对象,运用 NVivo质性分析软件,按照三阶段编码法对文本进行编码,对各阶段"三农"人才培养类别、培养主体、培养途径等相关内容进行编码分析整理,提炼出各阶段的培养特征,旨在为我国"三农"人才培养效能的提升提供借鉴.
Abstract
Focusing on the goal of building an agricultural powerhouse,the cultivation of talents in agriculture,rural areas and farmers has become a hot topic in the field of rural revitalization.This study selects 26 documents of the Central No.1 Document as the research object,uses NVivo qualitative analysis software,and codes the text according to the three-stage coding method.Encode,analyze,and organize the categories,subjects,and methods of talent cultivation for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers at various stages,and sorted out to extract the cultivation features of each stage,with the aim of providing reference for enhancing the effectiveness of rural talent cultivation in China.
