摘要
该研究旨在构建江苏高校师生党员提升服务"三农"能力的培训体系,特别是突出智慧农业在服务体系中的作用,以推动乡村振兴.首先分析当前"三农"问题的现状和数字农业的发展趋势,然后详细规划培训体系的构建,包括培训内容、方式、周期等,并结合实际案例阐述数字农业如何服务乡村振兴.最后,提出未来发展建议,包括持续深化专业培训内容、扩大实践锻炼范围、加强领导力培养的实效性、拓展创新教育形式、进一步完善培训评估机制等.
Abstract
This research aims to build a training system for teacher and student Party members in Jiangsu universities to improve their ability to serve"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",especially to highlight the role of smart agriculture in the service system to promote rural revitalization.First,it analyzes the current status of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and the development trend of digital agriculture,and then plans in detail the construction of the training system,including training content,methods,cycles,etc.,and expounds how digital agriculture serves rural revitalization based on actual cases.Finally,suggestions for future development are put forward,including continuously deepening the content of professional training,expanding the scope of practical training,strengthening the effectiveness of leadership training,expanding innovative education forms,and further improving the training evaluation mechanism.
