The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is"necessary to thoroughly implement the people-centered development idea"and improve the people's sense of gain,happiness and security.Promoting the construction of digital villages is to comprehensively improve farmers'sense of gain,happiness and security effective carrier.This paper takes rural residents in Huzhu County as the research object,takes rural residents'satisfaction with digital rural construction as the independent variable,and rural residents'happiness and confidence as the dependent variable.Using SPSS26.0 to conduct a linear regression analysis on the data,draws conclusions and puts forward relevant suggestions.Research found that digital rural construction has a significant positive impact on rural residents'happiness and confidence.Based on this,the following policy suggestions are put forward:First,we must use information infrastructure as the digital base to consolidate the foundation of digital smart villages.Second,we must take promoting the development of smart agriculture as the starting point to realize digital intelligence in rural industries.Third,we must deepen information services to benefit the people and realize the"online"life of rural residents.
