In the context of comprehensively promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the concept of rural operations as a market-oriented means to help rural development emphasizes the participation of multiple entities,achieves the improvement of overall rural assets and sustainable development goals,and has taken the lead in exploring in some areas.Taking Reservoir Village and Haishen Village in Shanghai City as examples,this paper summarizes the transformation of the role of planners under operational thinking,and explores the characteristics of rural operations and the participation paths of planning empowerment through the discussion of the development paths of two typical operation models,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for rural planning and construction during the transition period.
